The LeadIn Deeper Learning Walk is a full day experience that showcases the NVUSD's transformation to a 21st Century District. Through visits to multiple schools K-12, participants observe a focus on the alignment of technology-infused, project-based learning classrooms that foster the development of 21st century skills such as communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. District Transformation Learning Walks include visits to multiple schools within Napa Valley Unified School District (NexTech Schools and New Tech High). Napa Valley Education Exchange Conference: March 17-18, 2016

At the 2015 conference, with special speakers Michael Fullan, Dale Dougherty, Bernie Trilling, and Educardo Briceno, the Napa Valley Education Exchange is committed to bringing together, in our annual conferences, educators and students and experts and visionaries to open our horizons and give us the inspiration, the shared vision and practical steps to move us on the way. From technology to Common Core, this two and a half day, results-oriented conference will be a dynamic exchange of ideas with educators, students, solution providers and thought leaders. Participants will work in teams, project-based learning style, to develop unique approaches for their school or district. New Tech High Study Tours

Visit New Tech High, one of the country's most innovative schools and the flagship school of the New Tech Network. Participants will tour the campus, visit classrooms, and interact informally with students and staff. Study Tour Dates 2015-2016: October 12, 2015 October 22, 2015; November 4, 2015; December 8, 2015; February 10, 2016; March 17, 2016; April 12, 2016; May 11, 2016.
